A well-established and growing financial services provider with a strong presence in the investment sectors is seeking a compliance officer for its Luxembourg-based investment entity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the board of directors and senior management.
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth internal coordination.
• Design, implement, and document internal control procedures, particularly in areas such as AML/CFT, KYC, and due diligence.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements for the management company.
• Assist with a variety of compliance-related tasks and initiatives.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and regulatory adherence.
• Act as a liaison and coordinator with custodians, auditors, and outsourced service providers.

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in finance or a degree in economics or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in the Luxembourg financial sector.
• Strong interest in commercial and regulatory law.
• Solid understanding of Luxembourg financial supervisory regulations.
• Hands-on experience with compliance topics, including anti-money laundering and outsourcing oversight.
• High level of personal accountability, independence, and reliability.
• Strong team player with quick comprehension and adaptability.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in German; good command of English and/or French is a plus.
• Ability to remain composed and organized under pressure.
