About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant in Commercial Banking as part of the Customer Relationship Management Enablement group. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .
This position will be responsible for build and then day-to-day support of the Commercial Banking Client Insights platform. This market leading platform is under development in partnership with Microsoft and will be piloted with GTM (Global Treasury Management) before expanding to MMB (Middle Market Banking) and ABLL (Asset-Based Lending & Leasing) business groups in Commercial Banking over the coming 24 months. This is an opportunity to support a new market leading product, working with your business and technology partners to align strategic business needs with value, support an agile execution, and drive adoption of the platform.
In this role, you will:

Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams

Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives

Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives

Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements

Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions

Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables

Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems

Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Middle Market Banking data and sales process

Experience with Asset Based Lending & Leasing data and sales process

Working knowledge with predictive analytics and Next Best Actions

Working knowledge of MS Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Power BI

Experience supporting MS Dynamics or Salesforce CRM platforms
