Description
Responsibilities- Engage with senior finance stakeholders (including CFOs and Heads of Finance) across the APAC markets to map current processes and gather detailed requirements.
- Lead the design and implementation of a new, global FP&A process.
- Translate finance function needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.
- Manage key workstreams, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of project milestones.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as Business Analyst/ Project Manager with Finance projects experience
- Proven track record of delivering Finance transformation projects (ie. FP&A, Actuarial, or Financial Reporting)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
- Background in the Life Insurance is preferred
- Experience with financial systems such as PeopleSoft is preferred
