ATC Trustees (BVI) Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the ATC Group which has its headquarters in Amsterdam, Holland. The Group provides offshore financial solutions to a diverse client base of private and corporate entities through its offices located in many of the world's larger offshore financial centres. Within the Caribbean, the Group has offices in Curacao, Cayman, The Bahamas and the British Virgin Islands( BVI). The Group also has offices in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain, Guernsey, Dubai, Singapore and Hongkong, amonst others.
ATC BVI is a part of the Private Clients division of the Group. Our primary activity is the incorporation of BVI Business Companies, and providing ongoing Registered Office and agent services for those companies. We also provide company management services for a growing number of those companies and we also provide trust services.
The BVI is the largest offshore finacial centre for company incorporations, with over 700,000 companies formed since 1984, and the annual numbers continue to grow, as does ATC's own business.

The ATC Group was founded in 1893 in Amsterdam and is one of the oldest privately owned trust companies.
